Open Educational Resources (OER) are freely available and openly licensed educational materials that can be used, modified, adapted and shared by anyone. These free resources are essential in Vocational Education and Training (VET) because of their flexibility, affordability and adaptability. They provide up-to-date, industry-relevant content that is crucial for VET students to acquire the skills needed in a changing labour market. OERs support hands-on, interactive learning, in line with the practical approach of VET, enhancing lifelong learning and competence development. Furthermore, they foster collaboration between educators and promote equity and digital literacy.
The Eramus ENNE+ project aims to promote eco-innovation and digital transformation in VET through new approaches and teaching methodologies, relying on resources accessible to all. Therefore, OERs will be used as an open, updatable and quality tool for the members of the VET teams to develop their projects.
Below are the OERs available for each of the 10 challenge-based learning scenarios that have been designed:
Open Call for the collection of OERs
We are collecting Open Educational Resources for each scenario
Aimed at both VET teachers and students to support them in developing innovative solutions to the challenges identified as most relevant to their local communities.
How to contribute?
The purpose of this call is mainly to collect applications, software and technological resources for the development of innovative eco-digital solutions to the proposed challenge-based scenarios.
Have you developed an application, software or a technology to address sustainability challenges? Are you developing innovative technologies to tackle today’s pressing environmental challenges? Can you suggest a technology that promotes a cleaner planet or supports sustainable resource management?
Would you like to share your innovative and green technology within the ENNEPlus Community of Practice? Would you also like to present your green technology to a community composed of almost 1000 persons from Italy, Austria, Portugal and Spain?
This is your chance to showcase your own project or green technology or those you know of that you think could be useful to others, so that through the ENNE+ project we can all contribute to finding innovative and sustainable solutions.
Any other type of resource, such as case study, scientific publication, book, educational video, article, practical guide, research, etc. that you think may be useful to better understand the proposed challenge-based learning scenarios and find a solution to them would also be welcome.
