RitaBarrosSilvaModerator——- If you are a teacher or student (with your teacher’s permission) from a VET Team, you can request private mentorship from the various profiles available (check the Welcome note!) whenever you need support with your project development.
——- Share your questions or experiences related to the scenario.
——- Respect the community rules and be kind to others.
——- Interact with other group members, build synergies, and make new contacts.
——- Use the different tools available to you. A brief overview:
ACTIVITY: A space to interact through personal posts in a more informal manner, always related to the scenario’s theme. You can share news and interesting posts, funny facts attach photos, videos, links, and/or documents—all with the aim of strengthening group relationships.
COLLABORATIVE DOCUMENTS: You can create folders by topic, and within them, any documents you deem necessary. These documents can be edited online (without downloading anything) by all group participants. However, edits must be made one at a time, as the document does not support simultaneous editing by multiple users.
DOCUMENTS: Upload any documents you find relevant or useful and make them available to the group. For example, papers or reports on solutions to the presented scenario.
MESSAGES: This is a group chat where you can send general messages to all members or private messages to individuals within the group. It allows sharing different multimedia formats and use emojis.
VIDEO CONFERENCE: This tool is outside the private group, accessible through the “Learning Scenarios” collaborative space (before entering any specific scenario). This This tool is not for general use by all members of the group, it will only be available for the tutorials and mentoring sessions that will take place between the VET Teams and the representatives of the specialised tech partners as well as those sessions between the VET Teams and the other support groups (Role Models, OER Authors, Mentors). To use it, only the people involved will have the password that will be provided to them privately.
If you have any questions or need help, feel free to tag a moderator, reply to this forum post, or send us a private message. We are here to support you!
We look forward to seeing you actively participating!!
